Board of Directors
The USA Shooting Board of Directors is constituted to ensure that the perspectives of members, athletes, key constituents and independent experts are heard and considered in decision-making. In accordance with their fiduciary duties of care, loyalty, obedience, and confidentiality, directors must act in the best interests of USA Shooting as a whole, rather than serving as representatives of any individual organization, athlete, or group at the expense of the organization's mission, integrity and financial stability.
